Backstory
An IIT Kanpur alumnus, Vivek’s career spans more than three decades across leadership roles in high-growth companies and global enterprises. His journey includes building and scaling businesses across agriculture, logistics networks, technology services, and capital markets—often stepping in at critical phases to drive clarity, execution, and expansion.
As President of Symbiotic Sciences for over 11 years, he has led the company's mission of unlocking the potential of bio-resources to enable sustainable agriculture. His work focuses on improving soil health, advancing biological inputs, and reducing dependence on chemical-intensive systems.
Vivek is also the Co-founder of Fortigo Network Logistics (4TiGO), one of India’s pioneering digital trucking and logistics platforms, where he helped build a technology-first ecosystem enabling fleet owners and transporters to operate with greater efficiency.
Earlier, he spent years in global P&L and leadership roles at Headstrong, 3i Infotech, Techspan, ABS India, and other technology companies—leading business units across South Asia, Europe, and India.
Across every chapter, Vivek is known for bringing stability, structured growth, and commercial rigor to organisations moving through change—whether they are early-stage ventures or mature enterprises.
