Backstory

My journey began as a mechanical engineer from Madurai, but my curiosity quickly outpaced machinery. I’ve since spent over three decades building businesses, coaching founders, launching ventures, and guiding funds — across Asia, the Middle East, and emerging innovation hubs. From boardrooms of global consulting firms to the brainstorm rooms of startup accelerators, I’ve seen what it takes to scale ideas and survive market chaos.

I’m driven by the intersection of innovation and execution. Over the years, I’ve advised and facilitated investments in 50+ startups, scale-ups, and emerging ventures — across AI, ESG, HRTech, FinTech, EdTech, SCMTech, and e-commerce. I’ve coached CXOs, helped PE/VC funds manage portfolios, and helped founders find their market, message, and model.
