Backstory

I grew up in a family where numbers were a way of life — but over time, I realized that finance was just one lens to understand a business. After becoming a Chartered Accountant, I worked across multiple industries, then completed my MBA at IIM Lucknow to deepen my understanding of how businesses scale, struggle, and survive.

I’ve spent over 15 years helping companies navigate financial and compliance challenges. Through my leadership at Kites Corporate Services and now SDX Partners, I’ve had a front-row seat to the realities of businesses under pressure — and the incredible transformations they can undergo when the right people step in at the right time.

I’ve seen that most businesses don’t fail because they lack ideas — they fail because they struggle to execute at the moment it matters most. That’s why SDX isn’t just about advice. We build. We fix. We lead.

What Drives Me

I’ve seen founders at their most ambitious, and at their most anxious. I know what it means to miss payroll, stretch a funding runway, or deal with compliance notices at midnight. I’ve been the call people make when they don’t know what else to try — and I want to be that call for more founders.

I believe in structured execution. But more importantly, I believe in second chances. If you’re willing to put in the work, SDX will meet you there — and stay until it works.
