Role Overview
As a Business Analyst at SDX, you'll be the liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. You'll translate business challenges into actionable requirements and drive solutions that align with SDX’s mission to empower businesses through superior analytics and system design.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Create user stories, use cases, and wireframes for solution design.
- Collaborate with tech teams during development / QA phases.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and SOPs
- Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating results.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Drive change management and support post-go-live training.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and business teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with data modeling, process maps, and flowcharts.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
